We understand that running a successful travel business takes hard-work, superior customer service and, of course, sales.
We've run travel agencies ourselves. While we wanted to focus our time on sales and customer service to
grow the business, we could never get away from the business side of travel; managing invoices, tracking commissions, payroll, and supplier payments.
Managing and monitoring the administrative side of the business was time-consuming.
We needed a better way to manage our business more effectively; a better way for our accountant and agents to access the system from anywhere
at anytime. While existing software was available, we found that they were either too expensive, complex to implement, or did not
meet our requirements.
So we built it ourselves! Employing a team of experts specializing in the travel industry (from travel agency owners to
Chartered Accountants) we developed the TravelOffice system. We've simplified the way you do business so that you can focus on the reason you
started your business in the first place; to sell travel and service your customers.
